UTILIZING ADVANCED INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE IN ATTRACTING FOREIGN CREDITS BY COMMERCIAL BANKS (A CASE STUDY OF SQB BANK)

This article analyzes the process of attracting foreign credits by commercial banks, the economic significance of this process, and the experience of developed foreign countries. In particular, the mechanisms for attracting foreign financial resources in the United States, European Union countries, and Asian countries are examined, and their effective aspects are highlighted. Furthermore, the article extensively discusses issues related to the development of commercial banking activities, ensuring financial stability, and improving the investment climate through the adaptation of advanced international practices to the national banking system.
