Abstract

This article explores the use of statistical methods for effective labor force utilization and labor market management in Uzbekistan, based on the experience of foreign countries. The article analyzes the key methods employed in the USA, Canada, European Union countries, and South American nations, such as regression analysis, panel data analysis, correlation analysis, and SWOT analysis. It examines their effectiveness and impact on labor market management. These foreign practices can be useful for analyzing Uzbekistan's labor market, improving employment policies, and making better use of labor resources.
