Abstract

Digitization has rapidly transformed the methodological landscape of historical research. New digital tools, large-scale data processing, and innovative analytical techniques enable historians to reconstruct the past with unprecedented accuracy and accessibility. This article explores the key prospects of digitization in history, emphasizing its contributions to source preservation, data analysis, interdisciplinary collaboration, and public engagement. Challenges and ethical considerations are also discussed.
