Abstract

Digital marketing has become an integral part of customer acquisition strategies in the service industry, significantly influencing consumer preferences, expanding the customer base, and increasing loyalty. In this article, we examine key digital marketing tools and methods, including content marketing, social media, email marketing, targeted advertising, SEO, and analytics platforms. Particular attention is paid to the specifics of digital marketing in service companies, where the intangible nature of the product and high customer engagement require a personalized approach and effective communication.
