This article analyzes the economic and social factors of increasing the employment rate of the population, modern approaches to improving employment policy, and emerging trends in the labor market. The study covers the impact of employment on sustainable development, investment and innovation factors for creating new jobs, as well as mechanisms for state support for ensuring employment.
