In contemporary society, gifted individuals are regarded as a strategic resource of human capital. Identifying gifted students, engaging with them in meaningful and sustained ways, and fully unlocking their potential constitute one of the most critical tasks of the education system. This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the concept of the socio-pedagogical process in working with gifted students, systematically examining its structural components, theoretical foundations, and modern technologies applied in practice. Special emphasis is placed on innovative approaches such as personalized learning, digital transformation, mentoring, psychological support, and interdisciplinary integration. As a result, a multidisciplinary, dynamic, and outcome-oriented technological model for developing gifted students is proposed. The article aligns with the Republic of Uzbekistan’s 2023 Law “On Education,” the “Youth Program,” and UNESCO’s principles of inclusive education.
