This scientific article examines the tourism and recreational value of forests. The development of tourism and recreational activities in forests is important not only from an ecological and economic perspective, but also from a social and cultural perspective. Resting, traveling, and connecting with nature in forests are beneficial for a person's psychological and physical health. This article analyzes the role of forests as tourism resources, their impact, and the prospects for using forests for tourism and recreational purposes.
