Main Article Content
Abstract
This article discusses the major causes of tooth decay in children and presents effective prevention methods based on current dental research. It highlights the role of poor oral hygiene, frequent consumption of sugary foods, lack of fluoride exposure, and bacterial activity in the development of dental caries. The paper also emphasizes the importance of early dental visits, proper brushing techniques, a balanced diet, and parental supervision in maintaining children’s oral health.
