Abstract

The study evaluates clinical and pathomorphological parameters influencing optimization of gastric resection during sleeve gastrectomy. Analysis of gastric wall structure, endocrine cell distribution, and regional morphological variations demonstrates that individualized resection improves surgical precision, reduces complications, and enhances metabolic outcomes.
