DEVELOPING KPI CRITERIA IN THE HR SYSTEM

This article analyzes the theoretical and practical aspects of developing KPI (Key Performance Indicator) criteria in the HR (Human Resources) system for evaluating and monitoring employee performance. The study highlights the importance of KPIs in accurately measuring individual and team performance, implementing effective incentive systems, and increasing labor productivity. The article scientifically examines the experience of modern companies, the methodology for defining different types of KPIs, and the possibilities of integrating them into HR systems under the conditions of Uzbekistan.
