ANALYSIS OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF GREEN BUSINESS ENTITIES WITH WOMEN'S PARTICIPATION (ON THE EXAMPLE OF KASHKADARYA REGION)

This article is devoted to analyzing the effectiveness of green business entities with women's participation in the Kashkadarya region. Green entrepreneurship is an important factor in ensuring sustainable development by combining economic activity with environmental responsibility. The results show that women in Kashkadarya region are mainly engaged in organic agriculture, production of environmentally friendly products, renewable energy services, waste processing, and ecotourism. The results of the study substantiate the need to improve state policy, expand financial incentive mechanisms, and strengthen training programs to further enhance women's participation.
