This article examines the organizational and economic mechanisms for managing tourism clusters in Uzbekistan. It highlights the significance of cluster-based development as a strategic approach to enhance competitiveness, attract investment, and ensure the sustainable growth of the national tourism sector. The research analyzes the structural components of tourism clusters, their institutional coordination, and financial mechanisms, focusing on how public–private partnerships, innovation, and digitalization contribute to effective management. Furthermore, the study identifies existing challenges—such as insufficient investment, lack of skilled personnel, and regional disparities—and proposes practical recommendations for strengthening the efficiency and sustainability of tourism clusters. The findings emphasize that an integrated cluster model can play a vital role in diversifying Uzbekistan’s economy and promoting its international image as a leading destination along the Silk Road.
